What you publish.
Your processed photo, message, optional nickname and optional country can be public after approval, including in share previews. The submission has a public numeric ID, date and block size. Image processing re-encodes the upload and removes original EXIF metadata. Public photos can be downloaded, shared and cached by other people and services.
What stays operational.
The service stores submissions, payment state and references, reports, reservations and administrator actions. Abuse prevention uses keyed hashes of network identifiers with short-lived rate counters. Raw network information can still be processed by the hosting and network infrastructure. IP addresses and original image metadata are not part of public publication data.
Payments and receipts.
Stripe processes payments and may collect contact, billing and fraud-prevention data under its own privacy policy. The wall stores references and payment status, not card numbers. When receipt delivery is configured, the service uses the email supplied through the verified Stripe payment to send an English purchase confirmation via Resend. That address is not published, used for marketing or stored in the wall’s database. Stripe and the email provider can process and retain data under their own policies. For details, read Stripe’s privacy policy linked below.
Cookies and local storage.
The browser remembers whether you closed the introductory sticker. Administrator access uses a short-lived HttpOnly cookie to confirm a private email link, followed by a signed session cookie. The database stores a hash of the one-use login token, not the link itself. These are functional features. The application does not embed advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Internal, limited event counts can measure the submission and sharing flow.
Retention and requests.
Public contributions remain on the wall while the service operates unless removed. Our housekeeping routine deletes activity events older than 30 days, expired abuse-prevention counters and unused uploads older than 24 hours. Payment and audit records can remain where needed for financial, security or legal obligations, and backups may retain earlier copies until replaced. Contact GG Softhouse for access, correction, removal or copyright review and include the publication URL. Because there are no user accounts, we may ask for proportionate evidence that a request concerns your contribution.
Infrastructure and control.
GG Softhouse manages the VPS, database, image storage, backups and access to operational data. The service uses the hosting infrastructure, Stripe for payments and, when configured, Resend for transactional email. These providers may process data outside your country under their own policies. No public profile or email address is required for a free contribution. For privacy questions, contact us below.
